June 2024 Update

Representatives of Glick Boehm Architecture (GBA) and Hill Construction briefed the parish clergy, Finance Council, and key members of the Renovation Team regarding water damage discovered in the demolition/construction process. Excessive mortar between the exterior brick and the fiberboard sheathing has caused moisture to be trapped within the walls. The best course of action for proper restoration is to remove and replace the old brick and sheathing. This is an unforeseen challenge that will increase the cost and duration of the project. Nevertheless, the parish is fortunate to have discovered the issue and to be able to address it now.
