Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion for the Hospitals and the Homebound

Eucharistic Ministers for the hospitals and homebound are members of he assembly who give love, support  and care by bringing Holy Communion to hospitals, nursing facilities and the homebound. Please contact Marie Donnelly for more information.

I-Beam
